This community-based insurance brokerage operating from multiple locations in Manitoba, is known for their creative and tailored insurance answers to their customers. They are in search of a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to become a part of their expanding team, assisting local community in safeguarding their valuable possessions.

Compensation

  • Base salary between $50,000 - $60,000 depending on relevant experience + target bonus

About The Position

  • Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options for personal assets, such as homes, condos, vacation homes, and more.
  • Manage the application process for new insurance policies.
  • Handle policy renewals to ensure continuous coverage.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients for any insurance-related inquiries or issues.
  • Review and update policies as needed to align with clients’ changing circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

The Requirements

  • Hold a current insurance broker license in Manitoba.
  • Have experience with personal lines insurance, including home and auto policies.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage policies accurately and ensure all documentation is correct.
  • Handle and resolve client issues effectively.
