Operations Manager

We are partnered up with the leading property management company for one the most central and connected locations in Metro Vancouver.

We are seeking an Operations Manager who is energized by change and inspired by opportunity to help transform our city into a better place. We are looking for a seasoned leader to elevate the property operations, fostering a culture grounded in responsiveness, high standards, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

• Salary: $100K-$130K
• RRSP match
• Extended Benefits
• 3-4 weeks of vacation

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance programs of all building and site equipment including fire/life, HVAC, electrical, security, and building management systems.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships through effective communication
• Coordinate tenant and landlord construction activities
• Oversee health and safety operations in the building
• Provide leadership, development and motivation to the over-arching operations team.
• Analyzing budgets, forecast, and variance analysis.
• Provide leadership and support for capital projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience with related work experience in similar environments with comparable building systems.
• Minimum 5th class engineering ticket, a 4th class is preferred.
• Previous experience with Commercial, Retail, or Residential properties.
