About The Opportunity
The Office Services Clerk and Reception role blends front-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes operations, so you’re constantly moving between tasks-handling mail and couriers, supporting file management, assisting with office logistics, and stepping in at reception when needed.

About The Position

  • Provide reception coverage as needed, including greeting visitors, managing calls, and coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, couriers, registered items), ensuring timely distribution and processing
  • Maintain organized filing systems, including preparing files for storage and retrieving records upon request
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including monitoring and replenishing supplies and maintaining shared spaces (kitchen, meeting rooms, reception area)
  • Assist with basic facilities coordination, including troubleshooting office equipment and arranging service when required
  • Process bank deposits and support general administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain internal resources such as publications or shared materials
  • Participate in workplace safety initiatives (e.g., fire warden support)
  • Provide flexible support to the team, including occasional overtime when required

The Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
  • Good judgment and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable handling physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes (up to ~40 lbs)
  • Previous experience in a professional office environment is considered an asset

Compensation
