We are hiring an HR Manager for our client in beautiful Squamish, BC! This role will begin immediately. We are seeking an HR professional with experience in all areas of HR, exposure to Canadian and US payroll is an asset.

About The Opportunity
The HR Manager is a sole provider role. Supporting operations in Canada and the US, you will oversee employee engagement and performance management, talent acquisition, benefits administration, payroll, policy and program design and implementation and much more! Providing senior leadership with HR expertise and guidance in addition to overall best practices, this HR Manager role touches on everything!

The Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Manager role.
  • Post secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources.
  • Experience with Canadian and US employment standards.
  • Prior experience managing payroll.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience managing performance
  • Leadership experience, coaching senior leaders and providing feedback and participating in strategy.

Compensation

  • Annual salary range $90,000 - $110,000.
  • Benefits.
  • 3 weeks vacation to start.
  • 4 days on site, 1 day from home.
