This is an excellent opportunity for a Red Seal Electrician who has moved into leadership and is looking to manage a service division within a respected electrical contractor. The role offers consistent service and small project work, established clients, and the ability to take ownership of scheduling, quoting, team management, and client relationships. About the Position
The Electrical Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service division and report directly to ownership. Responsibilities include managing and scheduling service electricians, quoting and pricing service work, maintaining client relationships, coordinating materials and manpower, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The Requirements

• Red Seal Electrician ticket
• Strong service and troubleshooting background
• Experience leading or supervising electricians
• Comfortable quoting and pricing service work
• Strong communication and client facing skills
• Ideally 2+ years in a similar position with an Electrical Contractor

Compensation

• $120,000 - $140,000 base salary
• Vehicle allowance
