Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Administrator or Assistant Property Manager looking for their next exciting career jump? Our well-established property management client based in Kelowna are looking to bring onboard an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager who will be a part of their tight-knit supportive team!

Benefits & Perks

  • $55,000 - $65,000 annual salary
  • 3 weeks vacation

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage building and property maintenance activities to uphold property standards
  • Support contract administration activities
  • Schedule weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual preventative maintenance activities with Maintenance department &/or approved service providers
  • Coordinate maintenance repairs in a timely manner
  • Monitor service completion and follow up when required.
  • Collect, track and review various maintenance reports ensuring deficiencies are remedied and reports are filed appropriately.
  • Support capital project activities
  • Provide input to project scope of work
  • Prepare property incident reports and coordinate repairs
  • Participate in investigation and prepare incident report for internal review

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Commercial Property Administrator
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with Yardi is an asset
