Application Support Specialist

Our client, a national insurance brokerage, is looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to support their expanding operations. This is a fully remote role (Canada-wide), best suited for someone with a strong background in EPIC and a deep understanding of insurance brokerage workflows. The client operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking for a seasoned professional ready to take ownership of backend system support and configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the Applied EPIC system across all franchises.
  • Manage backend support tickets: accounting, reports, dashboards, user onboarding, downloads, templates.
  • Ensure clean and secure data flow between users and franchises.
  • Support rollouts of new EPIC modules and ongoing system updates.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Potential to lead and mentor junior staff as the team expands.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally within brokerages.
  • Strong admin-level expertise with Applied EPIC.
  • Prior experience in large brokerage environments (e.g., Hub, Navacord, Westland).
  • Mid-career level professional, capable of independent work and cross-team communication.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to data integrity.
