Description
Our client, a national insurance brokerage, is looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to support their expanding operations. This is a fully remote role (Canada-wide), best suited for someone with a strong background in EPIC and a deep understanding of insurance brokerage workflows. The client operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking for a seasoned professional ready to take ownership of backend system support and configuration.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Applied EPIC system across all franchises.
- Manage backend support tickets: accounting, reports, dashboards, user onboarding, downloads, templates.
- Ensure clean and secure data flow between users and franchises.
- Support rollouts of new EPIC modules and ongoing system updates.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Potential to lead and mentor junior staff as the team expands.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally within brokerages.
- Strong admin-level expertise with Applied EPIC.
- Prior experience in large brokerage environments (e.g., Hub, Navacord, Westland).
- Mid-career level professional, capable of independent work and cross-team communication.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to data integrity.

- Salary: $60,000 to $85,000.
