Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Executive Director, Provincial Primary Health Care of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to support the efficient operation of the Executive Director, Primary Health Care Urban's portfolio, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role 

Education

  • Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
