Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide support to the HR Business Partnership and Workforce Planning Directors provincially. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to ensure the efficient operation of the portfolio(s), through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the administrative team to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority's objectives. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administration support staff and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.

Experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role
Education
- Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Knowledge and Abilities
- Working knowledge of SHA governance/org structure/relationships
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, scheduling & training platforms
- Knowledge & experience in minute taking & synthesizing information

- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Have high degree of initiative, ingenuity & can work with little/no supervision
- Excellent proficiency in editing material for clarity, accuracy and conciseness

- Can maintain confidentiality including confidential information with discretion
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and work under pressure
