Are you a natural communicator with a passion for technology and sales?
Our client, a well-established IT hardware and solutions distributor, is looking for a Sales Representative to help drive business growth through proactive outreach and strong customer relationships.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new clients by phone and managing existing accounts.
You’ll identify new opportunities, build relationships, and provide the right technology solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls (cold calls) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

Present and promote a wide range of IT products and solutions (hardware, accessories, software, peripherals, etc.).

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups.

Prepare and send quotes and proposals in collaboration with the internal team.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Keep customer information and opportunities up to date in the CRM system.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.
Profile

Experience in B2B inside sales or cold calling – a strong asset.

Genuine interest in technology and IT products.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Goal-oriented, autonomous, and proactive.

Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building abilities.

Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written.

Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
