Project Manager – Industrial Equipment Installations

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll be responsible for overseeing equipment installation projects — from material reception to full client satisfaction.
Your mission: ensure every installation is a success, technically, operationally, and humanly.

• Coordinate teams of technicians and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Communicate with clients to plan installations and provide exceptional follow-up.

• Verify the compliance of received equipment and handle any issues with suppliers.

• Manage subcontractors (purchase orders, follow-ups, negotiations).

• Conduct on-site visits, ensuring quality standards and safety compliance.

• Support the sales team with project estimates and technical proposals.

• Keep project files up to date and monitor financial performance indicators.

• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience (5–7 years in equipment installation or project coordination).

• Proven experience managing field teams.

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and autonomy.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bilingual (French and English).

• Valid driver’s license – frequent travel to client sites required.

• Competitive salary: $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.
