Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment

As a Technical Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for growing sales within your assigned territory.
From prospecting to closing, you’ll guide clients through the entire process — identifying their needs, providing tailored technical solutions, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping them improve safety, efficiency, and performance with the right equipment.

• Proactively prospect your territory to generate new business opportunities.

• Advise clients and recommend customized technical solutions.

• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and proposals.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to after-sales support.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, production, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.

• Participate in trade shows, product demos, and presentations.

• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree (mechanical, electrical, or equivalent field).

• 2–3 years of experience in technical or B2B sales.

• Bilingual – French and English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel frequently within your territory.

• Competitive salary: between $65,000 and $80,000 CAD, depending on experience.
