As an Accounts Payable and Receivable professional, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our activities.
Your mission: keep the accounts in order, ensure the quality of financial data, and support teams in an environment where every detail matters. We are looking for someone reliable, well organized, and on top of things.
In practical terms, your job will be to process invoices, verify that everything matches purchase orders, receiving documents, and payments, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will be the person who keeps the accounts in order so the company can continue running smoothly.
You will communicate with suppliers, answer their questions, follow up when information is missing, and prepare payments. We need someone who quickly notices discrepancies, likes things done properly, and is comfortable handling multiple files at the same time.

More specifically, the position’s main responsibilities are to:
- Process and verify supplier invoices;
- Reconcile purchase orders, receiving documents, and payments;
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and prepare payments;
- Respond to supplier inquiries and ensure thorough follow-up;
- Participate in updating accounting records and preparing reports.
Working conditions
- Permanent, daytime position;
- Schedule of 40 hours per week from May to October and 35 hours per week from November to April, for an average of 37.5 hours per week, spread over five (5) days from Monday to Friday;
