Position Purpose
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate supports all manual activities carried out across the various departments of the plant.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and/or physical processing tasks in various plant departments;
- Deburr and polish parts;
- Prepare parts before and after painting;
- Package products, with or without supervision, according to customer requirements;
- Maintain indoor and outdoor work areas;
- Follow up on work progress with the Supervisor;
- Identify products using engraving equipment or stamping when required (machine setup and manual programming);
- Perform other related duties.
Job RequirementsEducation
- High school diploma (DES) completed;
- 1–2 years of experience in manual labor.
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
- Knowledge of AS9100 standards is an asset;
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written);
- Forklift operation experience is an asset.
Personal Skills
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong time management and prioritization skills;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Autonomy and sound judgment;
- Forklift certification;
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality work;
- Organized;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
