As part of our digital transformation, we are seeking an AI and Automation Developer who is passionate about new technologies to integrate artificial intelligence at the core of our operations and develop AI agents capable of improving team productivity.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities and developing artificial intelligence solutions that optimize the company’s business processes.

You will work in collaboration with the sales, engineering, quality, operations, purchasing, and human resources teams to design intelligent tools that have a tangible impact on organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Design AI assistants capable of searching and leveraging information contained in internal documents.
  • Integrate generative AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) into business processes.
  • Automate workflows using tools such as Power Automate, n8n, or equivalent solutions.
  • Develop applications and integrations using APIs and databases.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the security, governance, and quality of data used by AI solutions.
  • Train and support users in adopting new technologies.

Job requirements

Education required

· Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Technical skills

· Experience in Python development.

· Experience with generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent).

· Knowledge of AI agent concepts, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and data integration.

· Experience in process automation and systems integration.

· Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks (an asset).

· Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform (an asset).

· Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment (an asset).

· Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or document management systems (an asset).

Personal skills

· Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and ability to turn ideas into concrete solutions.

· Excellent communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
