Main Responsibilities
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department or their vehicle delivery area
• Prepare and coordinate vehicle deliveries
• Present vehicles to customers and explain their operation, features, and technologies
• Assist customers in fully familiarizing themselves with their vehicle
• Set up and connect the My BMW app according to established procedures
• Explain digital features and answer customers’ questions
• Have customers sign and complete the required documents at the time of delivery
• Maintain close communication with sales managers (F&I) to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Move vehicles as needed for operational purposes
• Help organize and maintain inventory in the lot and showroom
• Install license plates and perform certain simple preparations on vehicles
• Participate in BMW training to keep knowledge up to date
• Provide support to various departments as needed
• Perform any other related tasks associated with dealership operations
