Sales Coordinator 

Grenier BMW is currently looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator to join its team.

We are looking for an organized, responsible, proactive, and committed individual who wants to make a long-term commitment to a stable company where it’s possible to build a real career.

Schedule
• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What We’re Looking For:
• A reliable, punctual, and professional individual
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Initiative and independence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable with customer service and interpersonal relationships
• Good understanding of computer tools
• Working knowledge of French and English
• Interest in long-term career growth within the company

Main Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Generate the Deskit sales report for the previous day
• Upload, file, and archive invoices in Deskit
• Manage courtesy vehicles
• Track vehicle trade-ins
• Manage the showroom
• Process and record sales transactions
• Prepare and coordinate weekly meetings
• Generate certain administrative reports (F&I and internal follow-ups)
• Manage the Drive and vehicle orders
• Conduct RDRs
• Manage vehicle rentals
• Track the mileage of courtesy vehicles
• Verify export documents
• Assist with the administrative onboarding of new employees
