Responsibilities and Duties:
- You are responsible for supervising, directing and controlling a work team.
- You ensure efficient production of the plant by respecting quality and quantity standards and by rationalizing the use of human and material resources
- You must effectively meet the safety, quality and production requirements of the company's ongoing operations.
- You will have to collaborate with the maintenance teams and other departments
- Ensure that the team meets the established objectives;
- Follow up on the operations plan ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality and environmental standards;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards at each stage of production, be responsible for product quality and corrective measures in collaboration with the quality team in the event of a quality deviation;
- Ensure that the team members in his/her sector are trained and qualified to perform the work according to the established instructions;
- Follow up on the performance indicators of his sector as well as process audits while implementing the appropriate countermeasures;
- Participate in departmental improvement projects.
- College degree with 3 years of experience or high school diploma combined with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience;
- Mastery of software in a Windows environment;
- Autonomy and ability to make decisions quickly;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Rigor and dynamism;
- Sense of urgency and organization.
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures
