Construction Labourer / General Labourer

GAGNÉ MÉTAL is looking for motivated Construction Labourers to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various general labour tasks on construction and renovation sites, supporting installation crews and project operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid ASP Construction card (mandatory)
  • 1 year of experience on a construction site (asset)
  • Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labour
  • Valid driver's licence (asset)

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Resourceful and self-motivated
  • Strong commitment to health and safety procedures
  • Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labour and site cleanup duties
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
  • Assist installers and crew leaders with daily tasks
  • Prepare tools and materials required for projects
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Working Conditions:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts (6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), Monday to Friday
