• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team with kindness and authenticity.

• Ensure the store’s performance (sales, service, visuals, atmosphere).

• Showcase our products according to brand standards.

• Manage daily operations with diligence and heart.

• Experience in store management, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle retail.

• Natural leadership and a genuine love of human connection.

• Ability to inspire, motivate, and communicate with empathy.

• Organised, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in French (English an asset).
