I am currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing company seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Role
As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee maintenance activities and ensure optimal equipment reliability across the facility.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Developing equipment maintenance strategies covering automation, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, and welding systems.
Ensuring all departmental certifications and compliance requirements are maintained.
Supporting and implementing continuous improvement projects.
Coordinating daily maintenance work and workforce planning.
Tracking performance metrics and preparing operational reports.
Managing the maintenance shop and spare parts inventory.
Your Profile:
Technical diploma or degree in industrial mechanics, automation, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Strong hands-on industrial maintenance experience combined with team leadership.
Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and attention to detail.
Functional bilingualism (French and English).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Food manufacturing experience is a strong asset.
Previous exposure to a unionized environment is considered an advantage.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, permanent position.
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday.
