MissionI am looking for an Accounts Payable Technician for a company in Terrebonne
Your duties will include:
- Entering accounts payable data
- Receiving, analyzing, and validating invoices
- Managing a large volume of invoices
- Performing 3-way matching
- Making payments to suppliers
- Following up with suppliers
- Managing checks, bank transfers, and multi-currency transactions
- Other related duties
Your profile:
- Vocational diploma or college diploma in accounting
- Knowledge of the entire accounts payable cycle
- Employee supervision
- Bilingualism: French and English (an asset) to communicate with clients in Western Canada
- Resourceful
- Versatile
