I am looking for an accounts payable manager for a construction company in Boisbriand.
Your tasks will include:
-Verifying and entering invoices.
-Assigning invoices to the correct projects.
-Preparing payments and meeting deadlines.
-Updating supplier files.
-Participating in the implementation of an ERP system.
-Reconciling accounts payable.
-Ensuring compliance with required documents (receipts, termination notices, ARQ, CNESST, CCQ).
-Filing and archiving supporting documents.
Your profile:
-DEC in accounting or related field.
-Experience in accounts payable (construction: an asset).
-Proficient in Excel, SAGE, Maestro (a plus).
-Good organizational and communication skills.
-Independent, thorough, and detail-oriented.
-Ability to manage priorities and adapt.
-Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
