My name is Romane, and I am a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates within your industry. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll roles.
I am looking for an Accounting Technician for my client, a company in the real estate sector. This is a permanent, hybrid position in Longueuil.
Input and verification of supplier invoices and credit cards
Preparation and processing of payments
Allocation of expenses by building and generation of reports
Monthly bank reconciliations and correction of discrepancies
Preparation and processing of payroll cycles, legal and tax compliance
Participation in monthly and annual closings, document archiving
Education: DEP or DEC in accounting or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting, ideally in real estate
Software: Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Hopem (an asset)
Skills: Rigor, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple files
Languages: French required, functional English (an asset)
PROCESS: Initial interview with Romane Dumaine, recruitment advisor, followed by an interview with the president.
