$61,370 - $83,030Service desk experience rewardedWe’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in service desk environments and a genuine passion for solving technical issues while delivering an outstanding user experience.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, providing timely and effective assistance across multiple platforms. You’ll support commercial off-the-shelf software solutions through configuration and light scripting, ensuring users receive clear, empathetic and solution-oriented service.
Your ability to communicate clearly, troubleshoot efficiently and follow through with professionalism will directly impact the satisfaction and productivity of our internal clients. What you’ll do:
Assist staff face to face with common IT issues
Resolve issues with technology through one-on-one interactions
Troubleshoot a variety of first-level IT support issues on different platforms and programs
Answer questions and provide advice by phone, email or chat
Develop documentation for common issues

The ability to perform physical relocation of hardware on a regular basis (20-40lbs)
Understanding of technical terminology and concepts
What you’ll need:
An undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics or and equivalent level of experience
In-depth knowledge of common software and operating systems
Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
