$92,310 - $124,890Market research expertise requiredAre you passionate about turning research data into actionable insights while building strong relationships with key business leaders? We’re looking for a collaborative and analytical professional to join our team and generate meaningful insights from industry and customer survey data for internal partners. You’ll also develop reports for key business groups (including Strategy, Growth & Innovation, and Marketing and Sales).
What you'll do
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with your client group to deeply understand their business needs
- Lead the design and execution of quantitative research projects by developing and distributing surveys, performing data analysis, writing reports and presenting results that empower clients to solve real business problems
- Provide sensemaking across multiple sources of information to create data-driven insights and recommendations on key strategic decisions
What we’re looking for
- Strong communicator able to create detailed reports and present meaningful insights from data
- Creative problem-solver with strong research and analytical skills who is comfortable making recommendations for improvements within both a business and technical environment
- A relationship-builder that has the drive to establish strong partnerships with their key stakeholders throughout the organization
What you’ll need
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance, business, economics, mathematics, statistics or computer science and at least five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience with quantitative research methodologies including building, analyzing and reporting on survey data is considered an asset
- In-depth knowledge of the Canadian agriculture and food industry is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
