$105,145 - $142,255Expertise in scaled agile practices rewardedLead the adoption and effectiveness of agile methodologyinto our delivery practices and foster an agile delivery mindset. You’ll provide ongoing training with a focus on creating cohesive teams, and work with leaders to identify gaps, address issues and coach teams working with complex products.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the adoption of agile values
- Develop an implementation plan and manage the transformation backlog
- Research best practices and refresh team learnings
- Search or conduct training for colleagues
- Mentor agile business partner team
- Onboard and certify agile participants
- Facilitate workshops
- Participate in planning and inspect-and-adapt events
