The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the team in sales development, marketing, and company positioning. The role combines coordinating sales activities, using digital tools (CRM, AI, and social media), and creating content to strengthen the brand and client experience.

You will play an active role in preparing proposals, managing client follow-ups, and implementing communication and branding strategies. This position is ideal for someone organized, creative, and comfortable with technology and artificial intelligence.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Sales Coordination and Follow-up

  • Prepare proposals and ensure follow-up with clients and prospects.
  • Manage and update the CRM to ensure traceability and quality of client information.
  • Analyze quotations and extract relevant information for cost estimates.
  • Participate in drafting bids in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Plan and coordinate client meetings and presentations.

Marketing, Communication, and Branding

  • Create and share engaging content across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Use AI and technological tools to support content creation, data analysis, and communication optimization.
  • Maintain and continuously improve company marketing and communication tools.
  • Organize and support corporate and promotional events.

Customer Service and Client Relations

  • Respond to client requests and coordinate appropriate follow-ups with project managers.
  • Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales standards and processes.
