Fast-growing company in the horticultural sector is seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to boost our brand image and support our internal operations.

Main Responsibilities

Marketing & Communication

  • Promote the company’s image and products.

  • Develop impactful advertising campaigns and create promotional content.

  • Update the company website and manage its presence on social media platforms.

  • Design and implement communication strategies (branding, relationship marketing, sales tools, promotions, etc.).

Operations Support

  • Assist in managing relationships with certain clients, suppliers, and advertising partners in relation to procurement, promotion, and advertising.

  • Support the preparation of purchase orders and monitor supplier purchases.

  • Collaborate with horticultural production teams to communicate logistical and operational needs.

  • Participate in updating physical and digital inventories.

  • Maintain up-to-date lists of suppliers, products, prices, and promotions.

  • Conduct greenhouse visits to identify short-term products for sale and inform the sales team.

  • Support internal sales efforts and business development with corporate and event clients.

  • Contribute to certain logistical and administrative tasks as needed.
