We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to oversee the end-to-end management of customer orders, from quotation and sourcing through production, quality control, and final shipment. This role serves as a key link between customers, overseas factories, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, quotations, pricing, and POs from initial customer inquiry through final shipment, ensuring accurate costs, specifications, and timelines.

  • Partner with factories and vendors on product sourcing, cost analysis, pricing negotiations, and cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements and target margins.

  • Manage the full order cycle, confirming product specifications, quantities, pricing, production requirements, and delivery schedules while maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Monitor production, sampling, quality, testing, inspections, social compliance, and packaging/labeling requirements, proactively resolving risks and corrective actions.

  • Coordinate single and consolidated shipments, including bookings, shipping notices, waybills, invoicing, and import documentation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Analyze customer and internal sales data to identify opportunities, support product positioning, and develop strategies to grow assigned accounts while controlling costs.

  • Act as the key liaison between customers, factories, vendors, QA, logistics, and internal teams, providing timely updates and independently resolving complex operational and pricing issues.

  • Build and maintain strong customer and overseas vendor relationships while supporting continuous improvement, product development, and business growth.


Requested skills

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Fluency in French
  • Fluency in English to communicate with suppliers in Asia and customers outside Quebec
  • Knowledge of Mandarin, an asset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to handle fluctuating workloads and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to effectively mentor and guide junior staff
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate change initiatives
