Description
Provide preventive maintenance of boilers, ventilation systems, exhaust fans, chillers,generators, air compressors and ensure proper operation of auxiliairy equipment.
Conduct water testing and adjustments to chemical treatment systems and adjust dosing pumps.
Monitor work perform by subcontractors in certain tasks and participate in improving operations.
Monitoring the operation parameters and inspection of the H.V.A.C. equipment and provide daily reports in a log book.
Comply with health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures in the work place
