POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for waiters/waitresses to join our team.
Permanent part-time position, 16 hours per week, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring the menu and note the residents' choices accurately
- Integrating new residents
- Take care of the various requests of residents and provide perfect service.
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
- Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
- Perform other related duties
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Good team player
- Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
- Experience in high-volume catering
