ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks.
- Analyze the market and identify growth sectors.
- Develop new opportunities and prospect for potential partners (businesses, organizations, associations, hospitals, communities, etc.).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Monitor performance and submit reports to management.
- Prepare service proposals, negotiate agreements and conclude contracts.
- Representing our residences at events and business meetings.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
