POSITION DESCRIPTION:


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • All other related tasks.
  • Analyze the market and identify growth sectors.
  • Develop new opportunities and prospect for potential partners (businesses, organizations, associations, hospitals, communities, etc.).
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
  • Monitor performance and submit reports to management.
  • Prepare service proposals, negotiate agreements and conclude contracts.
  • Representing our residences at events and business meetings.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Good team player
  • Ease in the use of computer tools
  • A good working knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
