POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our building located in Montreal North is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for!


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • All other related tasks
  • Be available to respond to emergencies
  • Clean entryways and common areas
  • Clear and salt the entrances
  • Keep the work environment clean
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Maintain property areas and systems
  • Make service calls
  • Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
  • Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
  • Preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
  • Taking out the trash
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
