POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Cité Rive residence is located in a prestigious setting, surrounded by enchanting scenery overlooking a beautiful park along the majestic Rivière-des-Prairies. Cité Rive offers the best of Montreal living, with easy access to all its services, entertainment options, and resources. We are currently seeking a Quality of Life Advisor - Leasing Agent - for a TEMPORARY full-time position of 40 hours/week, 1 weekend out of 3, to join our team.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze client needs
- Make appointments
- Manage visits and negotiate rental contracts
- Monitor the integration of a new resident
- Prepare rental activity reports and process renewal requests on demand
- Prepare rental contracts
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Respond to residents' needs quickly and efficiently
- Solicit potential clients by telephone, social networks and e-mail, to build and strengthen business relationships
- Stay on top of the trends in the rental market for the region
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
- Real Estate Diploma Training
- Ease in the use of computer tools
- A good working knowledge of sales techniques
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
- Minimum experience in a position of sales or rental in real estate
- High availability, evenings and weekends
