POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Heavy Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team! Your contribution will help us provide a safe environment and a high quality of life for our residents. Come make a difference in the lives of our seniors and join us!

Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, evenings (one weekend out of two).


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • All other related tasks
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Clean entryways and common areas
  • Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
  • Keep the work environment clean
  • Maintain and clean the premises
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
  • Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
