POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic leasing agent to join our team. You will be responsible for leasing our properties and will play a key role in increasing our occupancy rate.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve the rental targets set by management
- Maintaining a high-quality customer relationship to encourage renewals and recommendations
- Manage the rental process from start to finish (viewings, candidate follow-up, lease drafting)
- Promote and showcase the properties/unit plans to potential clients
- Experience in sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Autonomy, organizational skills and proactivity
- Car required

- Commission-based position only, based on each completed rental.
