POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble, update and classify administrative files of residents and rental property
- Coordinate the arrivals and departures of residents (preparation of documents, handing over of keys, administrative follow-up, communication with the various departments)
- Ensure rigorous tracking of documents and maintain efficient organization of paper and electronic files
- Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary
- Perform any other related tasks to support the leasing team.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents and their families.
- Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms
- Support residents in their efforts to add or remove services from their lease.
- Support the rental team
- Transcribe correspondence
- Update different administrative forms and documents
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Ease in the use of computer tools
- Bilingualism both oral and written
- Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
- A working knowledge of real estate (an asset)
- A DEC in business administration or any related dicipline
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
- Experience in the real estate sector
