Château Ste-Marie, a friendly private seniors' residence, is seeking a full-time Dining Room Manager. Start date: February 1, 2026. Do you enjoy customer service, interacting with seniors, and managing a team? You're the person we're looking for! Schedule: 5 days/week with 1 weekend out of 3

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing absences
- Schedule
- Staff training
- Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general
- Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
- Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
- Perform other related duties
- Good communication
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Basic Excel skills (an asset)
