POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate or perform any other tasks related to the maintenance and concierge service as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
- Maintain the land
- Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
- Remain at the residence to carry out caretaker duties at night
- Sweep and clean the floors of the building's corridors, common areas and workstations
- Take out the trash
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Preventive maintenance on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Knowledge of senior residences, a major asset
- Knowledge of plumbing, electricity and minor repairs
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- CPR training, an asset
