Le Nobélia, a friendly private seniors' residence located in Lévis, is looking for one person to fill a part-time common areas maintenance attendant position and one person to fill a full-time position.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Part-time schedule: Friday and Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to midnight
Full-time schedule: To be discussed
Salary: Starting at $19.13 per hour, depending on experience
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- painting
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash
- Wash windows in common areas
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
