Le Boisé Vanier, a friendly private seniors' residence located along the St. Charles River, is looking for someone to fill a full-time Maintenance Worker position. Responsibilities include apartment renovations and resident requisitions, as well as all other related tasks such as flooring installation, painting, and plastering. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: 40 hours/week with 1 weekend out of 5. Salary: Starting at $20.78
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
- Good communication
