POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative tasks (be comfortable with Excel Word)
- Assist the immediate superior and other team members in daily and administrative tasks
- Conduct research, collect and compile data, complete certain reports, and transmit relevant documentation to the individuals concerned.
- Drafting various letters or documents and all other clerical tasks
- Greet visitors at reception
- Keep the various registers up to date
- Opportunity to be involved in various administrative and accounting tasks
- Participate in any other related task required by your immediate superior
- Perform accounting data entries (process accounts payable, receivable, etc.)
- Respond to requests from residents and their families
- A DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or clerical work
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Good sense of interpersonal communication
- Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
