POSITION DESCRIPTION:


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administrative tasks (be comfortable with Excel Word)
  • Assist the immediate superior and other team members in daily and administrative tasks
  • Conduct research, collect and compile data, complete certain reports, and transmit relevant documentation to the individuals concerned.
  • Drafting various letters or documents and all other clerical tasks
  • Greet visitors at reception
  • Keep the various registers up to date
  • Opportunity to be involved in various administrative and accounting tasks
  • Participate in any other related task required by your immediate superior
  • Perform accounting data entries (process accounts payable, receivable, etc.)
  • Respond to requests from residents and their families
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or clerical work
  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
  • Good sense of interpersonal communication
  • Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
