Description
- Provide Level 2 support for SEEBURGER BIS and EDI applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI transmission issues, message failures, and mapping errors.
- Collaborate with business users, trading partners, and internal teams to onboard and support EDI integrations.
- Perform configuration and maintenance of EDI maps and workflows.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes using ITSM tool.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and support documentation standards.
- Liaise with SEEBURGER support for advanced troubleshooting and product issues.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning activities.
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation for support and onboarding processes.
• Process management and process administration experience (ensuring that processes are followed, defining them and administrating them)
• Strong multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills necessary to manage tasks
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
• Highly motivated and self-direct
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures
The successful candidate will need:
- A degree or diploma in Information Systems related studies
- Overall 6+ years of experience in EDI
