Job Description About the Role

As a key contributor to our digital transformation initiatives, you will lead discovery sessions to deeply understand and document complex business requirements and operational goals. Your insights will help identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and compliance standards.

You will:
- Conduct comprehensive discovery meetings to capture business needs and recommend automation solutions.
- Analyze and identify areas for process improvement, proposing IT solutions that align with compliance and strategic goals.
- Monitor industry trends to proactively challenge and refine business requirements.
- Act as a bridge between Product Management and technical teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of solutions.

Your Responsibilities

- Support the IT Product Manager in planning and prioritizing product/service features based on customer needs.
- Document current challenges, future requirements, and expected benefits in a clear and customer-friendly format.
- Develop detailed specification documents for review with stakeholders and product teams.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of IT strategy.

Your Skills and Experience

- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying compliance risks and a strong commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
- Awareness of industry trends and best practices in IT and business process optimization.
