General Summary:

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across the ERP system, to enable reliable planning, traceability, reporting, and effective enterprise-wide decision-making.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create, update and maintain master data (items, bills of materials, units of measure, lots, suppliers, customers) in the ERP.
  • Implement and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and attribute completeness rules.
  • Track data quality indicators (completeness, duplicates, inactive data, misaligned attributes).
  • Support new product launches (NPI/NPL) by creating bills of materials, ranges and product sheets.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, production, sales and marketing, quality, and finance to ensure proper master data configuration.
  • Perform regular audits and cleanup activities to prevent data degradation.
  • Train end-users on the proper use of data and application processes.
  • Partner with IT and ERP administrators to improve the system and automate data flows.
  • Support WMS implementation and process mapping, ensuring alignment with ERP data governance.

Requested skills

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Tier 1 ERP environment (preferably Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale SKU portfolios with high data complexity.
  • Analytical mind and attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and risks.
  • Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Excel++ / Power Query / Power BI for data validation and reporting.
  • Bilingual (English/French) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
