  • Participate in the entire recruitment process by focusing on attracting exceptional talent and providing a positive candidate experience;
  • Collaborate with managers to determine needs, job specifications and required qualifications;
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for administrative staff, including postings, screening of applications, interviews and coordination of all administrative aspects related to recruitment;
  • Collaborate, as required, in the recruitment processes of production employees;
  • Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies;
  • Collaborate in the onboarding of new employees;
  • Develop and implement proactive and innovative recruitment strategies;
  • Write and update job descriptions and postings in collaboration with each department;
  • Promote and manage job opportunities on our various platforms and social networks;
  • Ensure that the employer brand is integrated into the HR component;
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team on different projects.

Requested skills

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources management or a discipline appropriate;
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a technical, scientific or high-growth environment;
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing, some positions are located in the Western provinces;
  • Strong interview, evaluation and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Autonomous and ability to work collaboratively with different teams;
  • Build a relationship of trust with managers and encourage them to adopt recruitment practices aligned with the company's strategy;
  • Possess communication skills, active listening, analytical thinking, ability to build relationships, communicate persuasively and results-oriented;
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking system and modern sourcing;
  • Be available to travel between Farnham, Valleyfield and Ville Saint-Laurent's head office.
