THE ROLEAs the Director, PSP Operations, you will lead the national strategy and delivery of diverse Personnel Support Programs (PSP) that enhance the well‑being, morale, and quality of life of the Canadian Armed Forces community. Overseeing programs ranging from fitness, sports, recreation, mess operations, and community services to special interest activities and health promotion, you will guide a broad operational portfolio with significant impact across bases, wings, and units nationwide.
In this senior leadership role, you will shape service delivery models, champion operational excellence, oversee policy and program development, and provide expert advice on funding, governance, and strategic planning. You will lead teams, influence national program direction, and drive continuous improvement to ensure PSP programs remain responsive, modern, and high‑value for those who serve.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Business Administration, Commerce, Social Sciences, or a related field, AND several years experience in logistics administration and management, or in a related field

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
