THE ROLE

The Digital Member Experience Coordinator provides technical support for the Organization’s Intranet/Extranet and Website. They measure and compile Key Performance Indicators (KPI) report for content initiatives. They assist with the development and production of marketing and communications content that will be used across channels to increase visibility and understanding of the value proposition of the Organization. They research and recommend potential digital solutions for gamification, contesting and engagement platforms. They coordinate project deliverables and timelines working with creative services, marketing and member experience teams and external contracted services.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

College diploma or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field AND several years of experience in communications, or a related field

Experience

In coordinating the production of marketing and communications content

In integrating content to the internet, intranet and extranet with search engine optimization (SEO)

In conducting keyword research and using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) guidelines to optimize content

In coordinating content for traditional and digital campaigns including web and social media

In preparing reports, updates, analysis and evaluation of communication strategies and tactics

In content management systems for web

In project coordination

In budget administration

English or French Essential, Bilingual (English and French) an asset

OTHER INFORMATION

This is a temporary position with an anticipated start date of January 12, 2026 and end date of July 9, 2027.

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
